Refund policy
In-store returns:
Items may be returned to the store for in-store credit only. All items must have the price tag still attached to the item and be within 14 days of purchase. Receipt MUST be presented for refund. We will issue the credit for in-store use (paper copy) or on-line use (gift card). Any credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
On-line returns - Local customers/local pick up:
Items may be returned to the store within 14 days of pickup notification date. All 'In-store' requirements listed above need to be followed with the exception of the receipt as we have the back up through the on-line order. Orders that remain at the store, not picked up, longer than 14 days, will not have a return option. Any credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
On-line returns - Out of town customers:
Please contact the store by email with the details of your return. Items need to be mailed back to the store through standard Canada Post/USPS along with a receipt for shipping. Upon receipt of items in good condition, a gift card will be issued for the price of the item PLUS the cost of the standard shipping. We will not cover any type of expedited rates. Contact needs to be made with the store within 14 days of the items shipping date (unless tracking information shows longer shipping times). Any credits are valid for 6 months from the issue date.
Failure to Pick Up Orders - Local Pickups
Any order that has not been picked up from the store within 90 days of pick up notification will be disposed of (with no option of refund or credit)
